We go back to the ring and out comes Bianca Belair for her WWE Extreme Rules contract signing with SmackDown Women’s Champion Becky Lynch. She swings her hair and dances around to the ring as we go back to commercial.
Back from the break and we get a brief 9/11 video tribute. Greg Hamilton takes the mic to introduce three 9/11-related organizations who are in the building tonight – the Feel Good Foundation, 9/11 Day, and Tuesday’s Children. Belair is in the ring with Adam Pearce and Sonya Deville. Pearce gives her the contract to make the Extreme Rules match official. Belair talks about being back at MSG and for having so much respect for Lynch. The most thing she respected Becky for was how she wouldn’t run from a fight, but things have changed. She goes on and says she doesn’t respect Becky as much as she once did, but Becky can win some of that respect back at Extreme Rules while Belair wins back the title. Belair signs the contract. The music hits and out comes Lynch to a pop.
Lynch is wearing a large red fake fur coat, and sunglasses. She takes a seat and says the original WrestleMania main eventer has arrived. She mocks Belair and brings up the look on her face when she was getting in the ring with Big Time Becks. Becky says Belair can be a fan or The Man, there’s no shame in buying a ticket and sitting out there with the regular people. Some fans boo. Becky goes on and asks what happens if she doesn’t sign the contract. Pearce and Deville encourage her to. Belair tells Becky to sign the damn contract. Belair tells her repeatedly to sign it. Fans agree. Becky stands up and isn’t happy with the crowd reaction. She says she was sitting at home listening to the fans chanting for her, she came back at the last minute, saved all of our asses and beat the champion, but this is how the fans treat her.
Becky says she left her baby at home for these people and they’re favoring a flash in the pan over her. Becky goes on and says she will give Belair the match but it will end the same way. She signs the contract and tosses it at Belair, who catches it while sitting down at the table. Lynch storms out of the ring as fans boo her. She stops on the ramp and raises the title as Belair’s music hits, and Belair taunts her from the ring.

We go right to the ring and out comes Sasha Banks to a pop. She hits the ring as pyro goes off, and the announcers talk about how she returned last week, then turned on SmackDown Women’s Champion Bianca Belair.
Banks says she’s back and that means it’s Boss Time on SmackDown. Banks says she came back for the spotlight she deserves. Some fans boo now. Banks says the spotlight she created, and she promises she will never let anyone steal that spotlight again. She shows a video package on what happened last week.
Banks says she exposed Belair last week and it was so easy. She’s been watching Belair make mistakes for weeks. She goes on and says Belair would be nothing without her. There would be no ESPY Award, no chilling with Megan Thee Stallion, and no WrestleMania 37 main event. Banks says Belair cried before their WrestleMania match because she was standing across from greatness. Banks says anyone else would’ve thanked her, but Belair didn’t, she wasn’t grateful at all. Banks sat at home and thought about the disrespect each week, so she came back to WWE for one thing – to make Belair pay. Banks goes on but the music interrupts and out comes Belair to a pop.
Belair swings her hair and speaks from the stage. She says Banks won’t be standing or talking when she comes and gets in the ring. Belair dismisses the idea that she’d be nothing without Banks, and reminds Banks how she begged Belair to pick her after she won the Royal Rumble so they could headline WrestleMania. Belair says Banks just doesn’t want her to shine, but she’s been shining and representing. Belair enters the ring and Banks rolls out. Belair taunts her and asks if she’s going to take another 4 months off.
Banks stands on top of the announce table and says she can do what she wants, when she wants, because when you’re a legend… Belair says Banks is one of the greatest to lace up a pair of boots, and if she wants the title, it’s on. Fans pop. The music interrupts and out comes Zelina Vega. She says this is not happening right now. Vega taunts Belair and Banks as she enters the ring. Belair says she will see Banks at SummerSlam, but she will face Vega tonight. Belair’s music hits and she exits the ring as Vega and Banks look on. Vega vs. Belair for the title is confirmed for tonight.
Championship Contender’s Match: SmackDown Women’s Champion Bianca Belair vs. Zelina Vega
We go back to the ring and out comes SmackDown Women’s Champion Bianca Belair to a pop. Back to commercial.
Back from the break and out comes Zelina Vega as she looks to win this match and secure a title shot from the winner of Sasha Banks vs. Belair at SummerSlam. The bell hits and Belair drops Vega first and continues to toss her around the ring. Vega turns it around and covers for a 2 count.
Vega mounts Belair with strikes now. Belair turns it over and mounts Vega with rights and lefts now. More back and forth now. Vega gets sent to the floor as the referee counts. Belair attacks as Vega comes back in. Vega scoops her for a slam but Vega scrambles to the apron, then gets knocked off to the floor. They go at it on the floor and Belair presses Vega high in the air above her but the music interrupts and out comes Banks.
Banks dances around at the entrance, taunting Belair. Vega takes advantage of the distraction, dropping Belair at ringside. Vega brings it back in for a close 2 count. Banks look on from the ramp and laughs as we go back to commercial.
Back from the break and Belair counters Vega and levels her with a clothesline. Vega blocks a sidewalk slam and takes Belair down by her arm. Belair powers up but Vega counters. Belair counters that and slams Vega face-first into the mat. Belair slams Vega and nails a moonsault for a close 2 count. They go on and Belair overpowers with a big suplex. She holds it for another but Vega counters the next attempt, dropping her into a DDT for a close 2 count.
Vega with a running knee to knock Belair out of the ring. Vega leaps from the apron but Belair catches her and swings her head-first into the barrier. Belair tosses Vega back into the ring and hits the Kiss of Death for the pin to win.
Winner: Bianca Belair
– After the match, Belair stands tall and raises the title in the air as we go to replays.

Back from the break and Kayla Braxton is in the ring with Belair. The red ring cover is down. Kayla congratulates her on hitting 110 days in her title reign, and asks how she sees the next 100 days playing out. Fans chant “EST!” now as Belair thanks Kayla. She says these past few months have been amazing – defending at Rolling Loud, winning an ESPY Award, main eventing WrestleMania 37, and now being back in front of the fans. She says it just keeps getting better and she doesn’t know how she’s going to top it, but she’s grateful. The music interrupts and out comes Carmella.
Carmella mocks Belair on her 100 days milestone, congratulating her. Fans boo. She says if Belair really wants to cement her legacy, she should give one more title shot to someone who has held that title for 130 days, someone also known as The Most Beautiful Woman In WWE. The boos continue for Carmella as she enters the ring now. Carmella makes excuses for her Rolling Loud loss. The music interrupts and out comes Zelina Vega. She calls for her music to be cut and says Carmella better slow her roll because we all know Carmella is too pretty to be a third time loser. Vega says what she wants to say to Belair, she will say it in her face.
Vega enters the ring now. Vega thinks the WWE Universe wants to see Belair challenge a rising star like Vega. Some fans boo. Vega says she is The Moment and no one is more deserving than her. Vega tells Belair to accept her challenge. Belair says she’s on. Carmella shoves Belair down from behind with a cheap shot. Vega and Carmella double team Belair now, beating her around the ring. The music hits and out comes Sasha Banks to a huge pop.
Banks makes her return and rushes the ring, dropping Carmella first, then Vega. She hits Carmella with the running double knees in the corner, then levels Vega again. Banks helps Belair up to her feet and hugs her as fans cheer them on. Banks raises Belair’s arm in the air as Belair looks on a bit confused. Banks’ music hits as they hug again. Banks plays to the crowd as they cheer her on. Belair applauds.
Sasha Banks and SmackDown Women’s Champion Bianca Belair vs. Carmella and Zelina Vega
We go back to the ring for tonight’s main event as SmackDown Women’s Champion Bianca Belair makes her way out to a pop. Carmella and Zelina Vega are already waiting in the ring. Out next comes Sasha Banks to a bigger pop. She poses on the apron as pyro goes off. This is Banks’ first match since dropping the title to Belair in the main event of WrestleMania 37 Night One.
The bell rings and Belair dropkicks Carmella to start, then kips up. Belair hits Carmella in the corner and tags in Banks for the double team to Carmella. Banks covers for a quick count. Carmella turns it around and covers Banks for a 2 count.
Vega ends up coming in but Banks and Belair nail double dropkicks to their opponents. Baseball slides are next as the babyfaces keep control. Banks stands on the steel ring steps now, allowing Banks to press her high in the air above her head. Belair comes off the steps and launches Banks onto Vega and Carmella at ringside. Banks and Belair stand tall at ringside as fans cheer them on. Back to commercial.
Back from the break and Vega is in control of Belair now. Vega with a standing submission in the middle of the ring. Banks rallies the crowd as they chant “EST!” now. Belair gets out but Vega sends her into the turnbuckles. Carmella tags in to take over on Belair as fans boo.She taunts Banks. Belair gets an opening but Vega tags in to stop Belair from tagging out.
Vega works Belair over and applies another submission. Belair breaks free and drops Vega with a backbreaker. Belair crawls for the tag and in comes Banks for a pop. Banks levels Vega with a Meteora, then knocks Carmella off the apron, then delivers two dropkicks to Vega. Banks with the Three Amigos tribute to WWE Hall of Famer Eddie Guerrero now as fans cheer her on.
Banks goes to the top and hits the Frogsplash but Carmella breaks the pin with a kick to the face. Vega tags out but Banks blocks Carmella, then drops her. Carmella kicks Banks from the mat. Carmella drops Banks on her face for a 2 count as Belair makes the save.
Vega attacks Belair but Belair fights her to the floor. Banks counters a Facebuster by Carmella in the middle of the ring. They tangle and Banks catches her in the Backstabber, then the Bank Statement for the submission win.
Winners: Sasha Banks and Bianca Belair
– After the match, Banks and Belair stand tall and celebrate as the music hits. We go to replays. Banks and Belair continue dancing around the ring until Banks drops her out of nowhere with a Backstabber. Fans go wild. Banks grabs the title but drops it to mount Belair with right hands. Some fans in the crowd are shocked as the camera focuses on them. Banks shoves the title in Belair’s face and talks some trash, then goes back to beating on her in the corner. Banks drops Belair with a tornado DDT and applies the Bank Statement in the middle of the ring. Belair screams out as the referee tries to break the hold. Fans continue to boo Banks as Belair cries out. Banks stands tall to mostly boos, but a few cheers.
Banks raises the SmackDown Women’s Title in the air as the boos get louder now. We go to replays. Banks applies the submission again, yelling at Belair and rag-dolling her, ranting about how Belair is only here because of her. Belair is screaming out and tapping but Banks keeps the hold locked in. The boos continue and the referee tries to get Banks to break the hold as SmackDown goes off the air.

– Michael Cole welcomes us to SmackDown. He’s joined at ringside by Pat McAfee. They announce that Roman Reigns will give a State of the Universal Title Address later tonight.
– We go right to the ring and out first comes SmackDown Women’s Champion Bianca Belair for our mixed tag team opener as Greg Hamilton does the introductions. We see stills from Belair’s Hell In a Cell win over Bayley. Belair takes the mic and talks about how we’re just weeks away from returning to crowds. Belair says she’s about to whoop up on Bayley again. Belair goes on about her Hell In a Cell win and while she will never forget all the pain Bayley put her through, she can’t stop smiling and celebrating because she walked out with the title, and she is so proud of herself. Belair goes on talking about bullies and then she raises the title. The music interrupts and out comes Seth Rollins, who is all smiles.
Rollins goes on about celebrating with Belair because he also won at Hell In a Cell. Rollins brags but fans keep booing him. He talks about dominating Cesaro at Hell In a Cell and says now he’s moving on up. He says Belair didn’t dominate Bayley like he did Cesaro, and some would say her win was a fluke, but win at all cost and tonight we’ve got a party. They have a few words until Bayley’s music hits and out she comes to interrupt. Belair talks some trash until Belair challenges her to come into the ring for a fight.
Bayley enters the ring and gets in Belair’s face. Bayley calls her a pathetic loser as Rollins keeps laughing. Belair drops Bayley out of nowhere for a big pop. Bayley uses Rollins’ interference to tackle Belair and unload on her. The music interrupts and out comes Cesaro. He hits the ring and ducks a microphone shot from Rollins. Cesaro knocks Rollins out of the ring as Bayley tosses Belair out of the ring. Cesaro and Bayley face off now. Bayley yells at Cesaro, saying he ruined her show. Belair comes in and Cesaro scoops her, using her to knock Bayley out of the ring. Belair’s music hits as she dances around while Cesaro looks on. Rollins watches from ringside as we go to commercial.
Bianca Belair and Cesaro vs. Seth Rollins and Bayley
Back from the break and Cesaro takes Seth Rollins down as the match begins. Bayley and SmackDown Women’s Champion Bianca Belair watch from their corners. Rollins fights back but Cesaro catches a second rope crossbody and drops him with a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker. Bayley and Belair tag in now. Belair gets the upperhand and taunts Bayley. Cesaro and Rollins are back in now. Rollins ends up dropping Cesaro face-first into the corner to turn it around.
Rollins with a Slingblade for a 2 count. Rollins drops a knee to the face now. More back and forth now but Rollins takes control and keeps Cesaro down. Bayley and Rollins celebrate some. Rollins with a knee to the gut, and another. Rollins goes for a suplex but it’s blocked, and again. Cesaro powers up but Rollins lands on his feet. More counters between the two now. Belair tags in so Bayley runs in. Belair with a dropkick, a kip-up and another dropkick, and another kip-up. Belair with more offense, then a backbreaker, and another. Belair with a standing moonsault for a close 2 count.
Bayley goes to the floor but Belair follows. Belair charges and Bayley drops her into the barrier to turn it around. Bayley then shoves her into the ring post at the steel steps. Belair goes down and sells an injury on the floor as Bayley returns to the ring. Back to commercial.
Back from the break and Bayley is in control, focusing on Belair’s injured arm. Bayley prevents a tag and slams Belair back to the mat for 2. Bayley goes right back to work on the arm. Cesaro finally tags in and knocks Rollins off the apron. Cesaro runs around the ring and delivers a big uppercut against the barrier. Cesaro with more offense at ringside. He brings it back in for a top rope crossbody for 2. Cesaro with the Cesaro Swing in the middle of the ring now for a pop. Rollins uses a distraction from Bayley to block the Sharpshooter and roll Cesaro for 2. Cesaro comes back with the corkscrew uppercut for a close 2 count.
Cesaro goes for the Neutralizer by Bayley flies in and he catches her. He uses her but this leads to Rollins dropping Cesaro for 2 count that Belair breaks up just in time. Belair taunts Rollins and he seethes now. Rollins unloads on Cesaro but Cesaro fights back with a right and an uppercut. Bayley tags in, as does Belair. Belair brings Bayley in from the apron. Belair sends Rollins off the apron into an uppercut from Cesaro at ringside. Bayley rolls Belair up for 2 but Belair comes back with a Spinebuster for 2.
Rollins and Cesaro brawl at ringside. Rollins rolls in to prevent Belair from hitting the KOD on Bayley. Belair loses her balance and Bayley takes her knee out. Bayley comes right back with the Rose Plant for the pin to win.
Winners: Bayley and Seth Rollins
– After the match, the music hits as Bayley joins Rollins on the ramp to celebrate. Cesaro and Belair regroup in the ring.

We see Bianca Belair walking backstage. She has a challenge for Bayley tonight. Back to commercial.
We go back to the ring and out comes SmackDown Women’s Champion Bianca Belair to a pop. Belair swings her hair and hits the ring with a mic.
Belair says ever since she won the title from Sasha Banks at WrestleMania 37, Bayley has been so pressed, but she hasn’t done anything about it but just laugh. Belair says Bayley should realize the WWE Universe isn’t laughing with her, but at her, because what’s so funny? Belair admits Bayley’s laugh is getting to her, more than she actually thought it would. Belair says Bayley isn’t the first person to try her. Belair goes on about how people have been trying her since she was 3 feet tall. She left all those people in the dust as she found success. Fans cheer her on. Belair says she has dealt with the teasers, doubters and bullies, but after all she’s been through she’s never had someone laugh at her in her face. That’s utter disrespect and she’s not standing for that.
Belair says this is what she proposes… she challenges Bayley and wants Bayley to take her cackling self and meet her in the ring at Hell In a Cell. Belair promises Bayley won’t be laughing then. Bayley, what’s good? Belair is waiting but Bayley is nowhere to be seen. Belair asks if she’s going to come accept this challenge, or what? We start hearing Bayley laugh but we don’t see her. Belair is looking around. Bayley finally appears on the big screen and taunts Belair. Bayley has been laughing at people like Belair her whole life. Bayley says she’s even there tonight, she’s live via satellite. We see Bayley sitting in a room with photos of herself all over the walls, she calls it her sanctuary where she finds peace.
Bayley accepts the challenge and says when she beats Belair for the title, she will be laughing but she won’t be the only one laughing. Bayley continues laughing while Belair raises the title in the air. The ThunderDome screens in the arena go dark and start filling up with Bayley’s satellite feed, of her laughing. Belair looks around terrified.

– The post-WrestleMania Backlash edition of WWE SmackDown on FOX opens live with Michael Cole welcoming us to the ThunderDome at the Yuengling Center in Tampa, Florida. He’s joined at ringside by Pat McAfee. Cole introduces a Parade of Champions on the stage. We see new SmackDown Tag Team Champions Rey Mysterio and Dominik Mysterio, SmackDown Women’s Champion Bianca Belair, WWE Intercontinental Champion Apollo Crews with Commander Azeez, and WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Natalya and Tamina Snuka. Cole hypes tonight’s Fatal 4 Way for the Intercontinental Title, saying it will be the main event.
Cole sends us to Sonya Deville in the ring. She welcomes us to an extra special SmackDown. She talks about the news that broke today on WWE leaving the ThunderDome to return to the road, back where WWE belongs, back to the fans. Deville says Adam Pearce is on the ground scouting locations for the tour. We see mainstream media coverage of today’s announcement. Deville hypes the Parade of Champions and introduces each champion but Crews calls for the music to be cut. He’s not happy about having to defend in a Fatal 4 Way tonight, but says he will retain and will unleash destruction on Big E, Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens. Deville introduces Belair last among the champions on the stage.
Deville now calls on fans to welcome the WWE Universal Champion, Roman Reigns. The music hits but out comes Paul Heyman to the stage instead. Fans are already booing. Heyman says the Parade of Champions is nice but it’s not a parade of champions, it’s a parade of title holders. He points at each champion and calls them a title holder, and says Reigns is not a title holder, he’s a champion, not just a champion, THE champion, the preeminent champions, of all of WWE, and all of sports entertainment. Heyman says when fans buy tickets to these upcoming events, they will do it with confidence that WWE is represented by a preeminent champion like our Tribal Chief. Heyman says Reigns will not be involved in this Parade of Title Holders, but there will be a Parade of Champion later tonight, at Reigns’ leisure. Heyman thanks Deville and heads back to the back to boos.
Deville says that’s the first surprise of the evening, but probably not the last. She calls on the fans to applaud the champions one more time. Bayley hits the ring to interrupt. She’s mad she wasn’t recognized for her title reign through the ThunderDome era. She takes a shot at Dominik first, for riding his dad’s coattails. She then knocks Natalya and Tamina, but says what’s up to Apollo and Azeez. She then addresses Belair and says she cheated at WrestleMania Backlash, calling her a criminal for stealing the title. Bayley wants Deville to strip Belair of the title. Belair comes down the ramp and hits the ring, and they have words. Bayley wants her rematch. Bayley goes to exit the ring but Belair is attacked behind by Shayna Baszler and Nia Jax. Natalya and Tamina run down to make the save but the heels get the upperhand. Bayley, Jax and Baszler stand tall as we go to commercial with fans booing.
Natalya, Tamina Snuka and Bianca Belair vs. Nia Jax, Shayna Baszler and Bayley
Back from the break and the match begins as Nia Jax splashes WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion Tamina Snuka in the corner, then drops an elbow for a 2 count. Cole says this match is taking advantage of the quarterly Brand-To-Brand Invitational with Superstars working the opposite brand.
Shayna Baszler tags in and works over Jax in the heels’ corner. Cole points out how Reginald is not here tonight as he’s being treated after the ring post exploded at him on RAW. Baszler drops Tamina for another 2 count as SmackDown Women’s Champion Bianca Belair reaches for the tag. Bayley tags back in but Tamina fights her off from the corner. Bayley rams her back into the corner and works her over. Tamina finally nails a big suplex and in comes WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion Natalya off the tag. Natalya with a snap suplex to Baszler, then Bayley. Bayley ends up countering and dropping Natalya. Baszler tags in and starts bending and stretching Natalya’s limbs. Jax tags in and slams Natalya for a 2 count. Belair tags in and dropkicks Baszler, then kips up. Belair takes Baszler to the corner for thrusts. Baszler counters and applies the Kirifuda Clutch but Belair gets free.
Belair ends up catching Baszler with a big Spinebuster for a pop. Belair goes to the top but Bayley and Jax pull Baszler to the floor to safety. Belair turns her direction and leaps to the floor from the top, taking down all three opponents with a crossbody. Belair sits up against the barrier and clutches her knee. We go to commercial with Belair selling a knee injury.
Back from the break and Bayley has Belair down in the ring, working on her hurt leg. Belair tries to scramble away but Bayley grounds her with a hold. Fans rally for Belair as she sends Bayley through the ropes to the floor. She comes right back in and stops Belair from tagging. Bayley knocks Natalya off the apron with a cheap shot. Belair dodges an elbow and tags in Tamina.
Tamina unloads on Bayley, taking her to the corner with face-first turnbuckle shots. Tamina drops Baszler on the apron and powerslams Bayley. Natalya tags in with a basement dropkick and a German suplex to Bayley. Tamina comes back in and Natalya launches Bayley into a superkick from Tamina. Tamina covers but Bayley grabs the bottom rope to break the count. Natalya tags back in but Bayley dodges the discus clothesline. Natalya goes for the Sharpshooter on Bayley but didn’t see Baszler tag in. Baszler drops Natalya to break the hold. Tamina comes in and headbutts Baszler. Natalya and Baszler scramble. Bayley runs back in but ends up dropped with Natalya’s discus clothesline. Jax runs in but Tamina superkicks her. Baszler sends Tamina to the floor.
Belair drop Baszler but Bayley pulls her to the floor for a Bayley-to-Belly suplex on the floor. Natalya kicks Bayley off the apron to prevent her from coming back in. Baszler takes advantage and grabs Natalya from behind and drops her into the Kirifuda Clutch for the submission win.
Winners: Shayna Baszler, Nia Jax and Bayley
– After the match, Baszler and Jax stand tall together as the music hits. We go to replays. The babyfaces limp up the ramp as the heels stand tall in the ring.

– We see Bianca Belair walking backstage. Back to commercial.
– Back from the break and Adam Pearce is in the ring with Sonya Deville. They talk about Bianca Belair being the future. Now she will make her WrestleMania 37 decision after winning the Women’s Royal Rumble. They introduce Belair and out she comes swinging her hair.
Fans chant “EST!” as Belair hits the ring. She mentions the Royal Rumble win changing her life. Deville asks Belair who will it be. She asks if it will be RAW Women’s Champion Asuka and we get a video package on her. We come back and Deville asks if it will be SmackDown Women’s Champion Sasha Banks. We get a video package on Banks next. Belair says she knows everyone has been patiently waiting on her to make her decision. She talks about how her mother told her life is all about making the right decision. She goes son and is about to make her decision but the music interrupts and out comes Reginald, Carmella’s sommelier.
Reginald says Belair’s mother is right because this decision will impact her future in WWE. He talks about how Belair got an up close look at Banks and how she works when she teamed with her last week. Reginald goes on about how Belair’s journey has been inspiring and she is special. Reginald knows deep in his heart that Belair’s dream will dissolve quickly into a horrible nightmare if she chooses to face Banks. He goes on and Belair gets in his face as fans boo him. The music interrupts and out comes Banks.
Banks tells Reginald how she already told him to never speak for her. She pushes him out of the way. She tells Belair she’s more than the champion, she’s the standard and if Belair wants to make history and be the topic of conversation, she should choose The Boss. Banks doesn’t think Belair is The EST of WWE because she is the best and #1, which makes Belair second best. Banks laughs and drops the mic, raising the title up at Belair. Belair says she’s going to make Banks eat her words on The Grandest Stage of Them All. Belair is going to take the title and show the whole entire world how she’s the strongest, fastest and everything else. Belair points up at the WrestleMania 37 sign and tells Banks it’s on. Belair’s music starts up as the fireworks go off. Banks raises the title at her. Belair keeps pointing up at the sign to end the segment.

– Back from the break and the door bell rings as Bayley steps through the front door of her “Ding Dong, Hello!” set. She welcomes everyone to the second episode of her talk show segment. She knocks Michael Cole and then says she has two big guests tonight – WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler.
The door bell rings again and Bayley opens the door. Jax and Baszler are there. They come through the door but don’t want to sit. They end up taking shots at Bianca Belair and SmackDown Women’s Champion Sasha Banks while Bayley laughs and listens. Reginald The Sommelier comes out with a mic to interrupt. He can’t let them slander the good name of Banks. He says she’s like a bottle of fine wine while they’re like boxed wine. Reginald enters the ring and Bayley wants him to use her front door but Jax gets in his face, as does Baszler. They talk some trash to Reginald but the music interrupts and out comes Banks to a pop.
Banks gets in Reginald’s face and says he never speaks for her. For Jax and Baszler, whether they like it or not she is The Boss, and the title means she makes the rules. She goes on and says the women’s division revolves around her. Jax laughs. The music interrupts and out comes Belair. She has words for Reginald as she enters the ring. Belair then tells Banks that she is the star of the division because she won the Royal Rumble and people don’t revolve around her, they get beat by her. It looks like Belair is about to pick her WrestleMania opponent but Reginald interrupts and says they all three are on the same team, and should be going against Jax, Baszler and Bayley. Reginald proposes a match. Jax is upset now. She starts yelling at Reginald. Baszler, Banks and Belair get in on the yelling while Bayley readies for a match. We go to commercial.
Sasha Banks, Bianca Belair and Reginald vs. Nia Jax, Shayna Baszler and Bayley
Back from the break and the match is underway as WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion Shayna Baszler starts with Bianca Belair. Shayna ties Belair up but Belair comes back and takes her down. Bianca drops Baszler with a shoulder. SmackDown Women’s Champion Sasha Banks tags in and nails a knee.
Reginald comes in but gets sent right back to the apron. WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion Nia Jax tags in and drops Banks. Bayley tags in and drops Banks, then hits her with forearms. Shayna comes in and drops an elbow to the knee, then works on the knee some more. Jax tags back in and slams Banks for a 2 count. Banks and Belair end up pointing at the WrestleMania sign. Reginald jumps in and joins them but Jax takes advantage and levels Banks. Jax works Banks over and in tags Bayley. Bayley beats Banks down and talks trash to her, then uses the bottom rope on her as fans boo.
Baszler tags in and grounds Banks, working on her leg. Banks tries to kick free but Baszler drives her into the mat. Jax tags in and Baszler sends Banks into her for a powerslam for a 2 count. Banks dodges a move int he corner and Jax goes down. Banks ends up kicking Bayley from the ring, dropping her on the floor.
Reginald ends up in the middle of the ring, pleading with Jax to take it easy. They lock up and Jax shoves him to the mat. Jax talks some trash and levels Reginald with a shoulder as he charges. Reginald tries for a drop toe hold but he can’t move Jax. Jax tosses him into the corner but misses a splash. She then comes right back and flattens him. Jax goes for a leg drop but Reginald moves and she lands hard.
Belair and Banks pull Baszler off the apron and beat her up to avoid a tag. Jax sees this and turns around to a spin kick from Reginald but she catches him in mid-air. Banks and Belair run in with a double dropkick to Jax, allowing Reginald to fall on top of her for the pin to win.
Winners: Reginald, Sasha Banks and Bianca Belair
– After the match, we see Bayley down on the outside recovering. Jax seethes as Reginald, Banks and Belair start celebrating. We go to replays as Banks’ music plays. They continue celebrating on the ramp, taunting Jax and Baszler.

– We get a video package on Royal Rumble winner Bianca Belair now. Kayla is joined backstage by Belair. We see footage of her parents reacting to her big Royal Rumble Match win this past Sunday. Bianca talks about wanting to make her parents proud and says even though they won’t be walking down the aisle with her at WrestleMania 37, they will be there with her. Kayla asks if she will challenge RAW Women’s Champion Asuka or SmackDown Women’s Champion Sasha Banks at WrestleMania. Belair knew she would get asked this. Everyone has told her to take her time announcing her opponent but if she waited around she wouldn’t be where she’s at. She goes on and says she’s doing this her way, putting the EST and WrestleMania together, and will be ready to make the biggest decision of her life soon.
– We go back to the ring and out comes Bianca Belair to a big pop.
Belair takes the mic but the fans are cheering her on. She says her whole life changed overnight since winning the Women’s Royal Rumble. She’s been doing non-stop press and her phone has been blowing up. Belair says this is the biggest decision of her life. She brings up RAW Women’s Champion Asuka and her success. She then brings up her girl, SmackDown Women’s Champion Sasha Banks. She goes on praising Banks and says if she’s going to put the EST in WrestleMania, she has to do it her way. She says this while pointing up at the WrestleMania 37 sign.
Reginald, Carmella’s sommelier, comes out to interrupt. He wants to offer her some advice. He’s quite sure Belair can defeat Asuka, but if she picks Banks, well… he laughs. Reginald is in the ring now. He says Belair can’t beat Banks because she can’t even beat Carmella. The music interrupts and out comes Carmella now. Carmella says Reginald means well, even when he gets a little over-excited. Carmella brags about beating Banks twice and with all Belair’s hype, she’s sure she can do the same to Belair. They have words but the music interrupts and out comes Banks.
Banks says with all due respect, she’s going to stop looking in her rear view and start focusing on the road that’s ahead. Banks says Belair certainly has her attention. Banks has seen Belair has been in two Rumble Matches, setting records both times. She gives Belair for lasting almost an hour this past Sunday, staking her claim to main event WrestleMania. Banks has been watching Belair. She saw Belair pick up Otis, so she knows she’s the strongest. She then saw her chase Bayley and beat her down, so she knows she’s the fastest. But the best? Banks laughs and doesn’t think Belair is the best. Banks says if Belair is going to pick her, then do it because she has it all but she doesn’t have this… the title. Banks takes the title off and raises it in the air. Carmella is between them, rolling her eyes.
Belair says if she does choose Sasha… Reginald gets in the way and says Belair got lucky on Sunday, so if she does choose Banks, she will lose, just like he said. Belair drops the mic and starts whipping Reginald around with her hair. She sends him out of the ring as fans pop. Carmella looks on. Banks laughs. Belair’s music hits as she starts swinging her hair around, pointing up at the WrestleMania sign.

– Tonight’s Progressive Match Flo replay from last week shows us how Bianca Belair defeated Bayley in her own Ultimate Athlete Obstacle Course Challenge, and then how Bayley attacked her after. Kayla Braxton is backstage with Bayley now. Braxton brings up Belair’s win last week and Bayley cuts her off, saying she’s better than that. Bayley reminds us how the segment ended. Bayley watched Belair’s WWE Chronicle episode and goes on about being proud of her for that. Bayley says what stuck out the most is how Belair has run away from all her problems throughout her life, but she’s not running from this, she’s not winning at the Rumble, and she’s not winning tonight. Bayley says Belair can crawl back into the dark-EST hole of her life after Bayley beats her again tonight.

We go back to the ring and out comes Bianca Belair swinging her hair. We go to commercial.
Back from the break and Bayley is in the ring staring Belair down. Belair taunts her. The bell rings and they lock up, then break as Belair taunts Bayley. Bayley kicks Belair and goes to work on her arm now. Belair slams Bayley. They have some words as Bayley regroups. Bayley goes behind and takes Belair back down, working on her arm and punching away.
Belair counters with a suplex in the middle of the ring. Bayley kicks out at 2. The referee backs Belair off Bayley from the corner as Bayley talks some trash. They go to lock up again but Bayley kicks her leg and unloads while she’s down. Bayley slams Belair back to the mat. Bayley with a sliding clothesline for a close 2 count. Bayley kicks Belair in the face and drops her wit an arm bar for another pin attempt. Bayley grabs Belair’s hair and taunts her with it. Belair drops Bayley with a right hand. Belair unloads on Bayley while she’s down now, punching and stomping away.
Belair counters out of the corner and drives Bayley back into the turnbuckles. Belair keeps control and beats Bayley to the apron. Belair charges but Bayley pulls her into a kick to the injured arm. Belair charges with a dropkick and a kip up for a pop. Belair with a standing moonsault to the back for a close 2 count as Bayley gets her foot on the bottom rope. Bayley rolls to the floor in pain as the referee counts. Belair taunts her from the ring as we go back to commercial.
Back from the break and Belair catches Bayley in mid-air, driving her into the corner. Belair goes for a powerbomb but drops Bayley back on her face for another 2 count. Belair with a running thrust in the corner and more thrusts. Belair runs into knees in the corner. Bayley drops Belair by her arm from the second rope for a 2 count.
Belair counters with a roll-up but Bayley drives a knee to the jaw for a close 2 count. Bayley keeps Belair down and works on the arm some more. More back and forth between the two for a few minutes.. Belair gets the pin to win with the KOD.

– After the match, Belair celebrates as her music hits. We go to replays. Belair joins Kayla on the ramp for an interview as Bayley recovers in the ring. Belair talks about proving herself and beating Bayley after everything that has happened. Bayley seethes in the ring. Belair calls this the biggest win of her career as the crowd pops. Belair says the only thing that will top Bayley is her winning the Women’s Rumble Match and then challenging for the title at WrestleMania 37. The music starts back up as Belair celebrates.
